Constitutions and By-Laws

This committee insures that our Constitution and By-Laws are in good order and form. They review changes made by National Exchange and make a recommendation to the Board as to changes needed or required to our Constitution and By-Laws. They also rule on questions addressed to our Constitution and By-Laws.
